The Imprint Store takes our customers privacy very seriously. We will not sell any of your private information. Our website was built with great consideration to your privacy and security from top to bottom.

Web Site Security

The Imprint Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method. This is an internet security encryption technology which ensures that your credit card information and other sensitive information are seen only by us and no one else. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and many leading financial institutes have all endorsed this method of security. When you place an order with us on the internet, we only capture your credit card information and do not charge your card. We manually process all credit card transactions but only after you have given your approval after verifying the order and the total price, which includes any additional setup fees and shipping. You will know the exact amount and sign off in agreement before your card is ever processed.

Art Work

At The Imprint Store our goal is customer satisfaction with your product. We understand your image is very important to you. You are welcome to buy any of our products without any logo or text if you like. However, since we are in the promotional business, most of our clients already have their image and would like to have that placed on many of the products we sell. If your company already has an art ready image, please send it to us and we will make sure it works with your chosen product. The method which works best for the highest quality to be printed on a product is a Vector image file. Other file formats that are compatible are JPG and PDF.

If you have an image but it is not art ready, we will be glad to work with your image to make it ready for the printer.

Since our interest is protecting our customers, we cannot use any image that is copyrighted by any other individual or company. You will need to own your own logo in order for us to process your request.

Setup Fee

Often times we find that our customers are confused as to the setup fee that they incur when placing an order. The setup fee is a fee that is in place so that a printing plate or a screen print can be made of your image/logo. This fee varies depending on the complexity of the product you are ordering but usually within reason. This fee is incurred on all NEW items you are purchasing and it is a one-time fee provided you repurchase the same item within two years. Your screen print is kept on file for a period of two years so if you re-order you will not get incur this setup fee.

Ordering process

The Imprint Store takes your project very seriously. We ensure that everything is checked and double checked before it is sent off to the printer for the final production run. To make sure this process runs smooth, once you pick your item, quantity, colors, and styles, we provide you with a final paper proof. It is your job to make sure that it is exactly as you want it from the color, font style, size, placement, logo, logo size, spelling, and any other details you might request. You will be provided an email or fax, whichever you prefer, of the paper proof. Once you sign off on the paper proof with your signature and date, your item is then sent to production. The Imprint Store will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your final product. There are no refunds, credits, or re-runs done if the error is no fault of The Imprint Store.

Refunds, and Re-runs

If your product arrives and an error was made on our part, we will work hard to make the order right for you. It will be your choice if you want a refund or a re-run and a new batch of items made and shipped to you. You will be required to send proof of any errors in your order. You have 30 days from delivery of your product to submit a claim in order to qualify for a refund or re-run. When refunding we will only refund to the credit card provided for the order or in the name of the person who made the purchase.

Fraud Policy

We will only process orders to individuals that are over the age of 18 and authorized to use said credit card. We only ship to the address that matches the credit card used and we only process orders within the United States. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to make sure their card is used with discretion. Should you find that your card was used without your consent, you will need to contact the user and your local authorities. We will provide the order information upon proof. We take credit card fraud very seriously. Should such a situation arise, we will co-operate with authorities to the fullest and seek legal action if necessary. We want our customers to know that we will fight for their rights and we take fraud seriously.

Right of use

By visiting The Imprint Store, you agree that you will not copy or steal any information that is exclusive to the website. You agree under threat of prosecution to not hack or attempt to hack the website. You agree not to commit any fraud that may crash or compromise the site and its sensitive materials. You agree all information provided will be accurate and true. You agree to hold no legal claim against any of The Imprint Store employees or its associates. The Imprint Store reserves the right to refuse any customer or order due to any abuses such as customer behavior, copyright infringement, and alike.

Guarantees, Coupons, And Sales

Our Guarantee is that you will receive the best prices and customer service possible. We guarantee that we will meet or beat any price that you find on the internet at our competitors website. Our price guarantee is on the same item, color, and quantity including setup fees. Our Guarantee is good from the time of purchase up to 30 days after delivery. Should we be unable to meet or beat any given price on same item, we will provide the customer with a $50.00 credit towards any other purchase. In order to get the lowest price, customer must provide link or reasonable proof of competitors’ price on the day of the order or within 30 days of purchase.

Coupons are good for 30 days from issue and must be presented for discount at the time of purchase and/or 30 days after delivery of final product. Coupons are good for the total price of the sale and not on each item. Coupon does not apply to setup

Purchase Orders and Tax exempt

Purchase orders are welcome after three paid in full invoices. All customers that are tax exempt must provide proof of exemption which will be kept on file.
